I'm a 40-something wife, mother, and accountant who is beginning a journey of healthy living. I live in Tennessee and have a wonderful supportive husband, 2 beautiful daughters and a cat, Tiger. After dealing with some health issues in 2010, I decided to take charge of my life. I watch The Biggest Loser for motivation and try to incorporate activity into my daily life. I also love Dr. Oz - he gets recorded on my DVR every day. I am very close to my family and enjoy spending time with them as much as possible. I am very blessed.
